IDEC Corporation introduces the new CW Series of touchless switches, which enable operator control of machinery without the risk of surface contamination.

FEATURES

• Ideal for areas where masses of people touch surfaces, such as public facilities and elevators, as well as hygienic locations like around food machinery.
• Near-infrared reflectance can be adjusted to detect hands triggering the switch from up to 270mm away; models are available with a time delay to prevent accidental activation.
• Two-color LED illumination enables identification of status, such as output and standby.
• IP65/67 and UL Type 4X for indoor and outdoor use.
