Banner Engineering’s DXMR190 Top-Exit IO-Link Masters combine eight configurable IO-Link ports with the processing capabilities of a DXM controller in a system-ready top-exit design. Supporting EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET, they collect and process machine data locally while enabling protocol conversion and cloud connectivity. IP67 machine mounting reduces cabinet wiring, while A-code and higher-current L-code power options provide flexible installation and daisy-chaining for both new equipment and retrofit applications.
FEATURES:
- Eight individually configurable Class A ports support IO-Link devices or discrete I/O, with up to 16 discrete signals available.
- Top-exit form factor simplifies replacement of existing IO-Link masters without redesigning machine layouts or cabling.
- Built-in edge processing supports action rules, MicroPython, and ScriptBasic for local logic and simple standalone control.
- Supports EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET, plus RESTful API, MQTT, AWS web services, and Sparkplug B connectivity.
- IP67 machine-mountable housing places I/O closer to field devices, reducing PLC I/O cards and control-panel wiring.
- Available with A-code power or L-code power with up to 8 A shared capacity for easier daisy-chaining of additional devices and IO-Link masters.
- Dual 100 Mbps Ethernet ports support network daisy-chaining and connection to higher-level control systems.
