Banner Engineering’s EG24 is a retroreflective edge measurement sensor designed for fast measurement. Its resolution of less than 10 microns precisely detects the position of materials while the 2 kHz measurement frequency rapidly measures those positions. Together, this combination of high precision and quick response maximizes process control, improves downstream yield, and minimizes waste. The sensor offers multiple measuring modes and can track a broad variety of materials, including a wide range of opacity and texture. This versatility makes it suitable for many different applications.
