Banner Engineering’s LCA130T Andon Control Box is now available with either IO-Link or with a built-in wireless radio for connecting to Banner wireless gateways, both of which provide access to Andon light data. This data can be used to create dashboards or send notifications to inform workers and management remotely, reducing time spent responding to problems. By continuously monitoring Andon lights, management receives insights into sources of delays, downtime, and workstation performance wherever an Andon light is used to help make informed decisions that boost productivity. Managers may override the status of any light to help manage worker response.
