SMC has added a water-cooled refrigeration type to the HRL100/200 series of Dual Channel Thermo-chiller for Lasers. Keeping the size similar to the (HRSH series) single chiller, the temperature of 2 fluid channel systems are controlled individually. One power supply system for temperature control of 2 channels requires less time for wiring. Circulating fluid can be heated without a heater, recycling hot discharge gas for heating to save energy.
